Cancellation
In the event of cancellation up to 1 day prior to check-in date, the hotel
will not make any charge to the credit card submitted.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel Altess will charge the amount
of one night to the credit card submitted.

Children and Extra Beds.

Children under 2 stay for free using a baby bed.
A rate of €8 per night and per person is charged for children from 2 to 10 using an extra bed
in their parents’ double room.

The number of extra beds in double rooms is limited to 1.
The maximum number of baby beds in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby beds are available upon request, which only the hotel
can confirm.
